I work for you, the owner.  With any typical property I will take the time to get to know you, your standards and your property.  This includes what your expectations and required rental income.  

From there, I will do my research. I know the local rental market and understand how to find suitable tenants.  You will find reliability and genuine attention to detail with me.

The right tenant is critical.  While waiting for the right tenant may be frustrating, it saves time, energy and stress in the long run to get this right.   

I was a leader in the hospitality industry when I established my well known café, Café Lella.  During this time I met a lot of people and this has certainly helped me with building relationships and understanding people.  I have a sense of people when I meet them.  I also learnt values of hard work, consistency and quality.   

Not surprising then I also love to cook, experience dining experiences, and spending quality time with my family.
